Are you insured?
We are insured for up to $1,000,000 in general liability and can provide proof of insurance to all clients/venues.
Do you provide a service contract?
We will send you a service agreement at the time of booking.
Can I meet with you before deciding to book?
Of course! We would be happy to schedule an appointment to meet with you. We can do an in-person, telephone, or virtual (Zoom, Facetime, etc.) meeting. Once you've booked an event with us you can meet with your DJ as often or as little as you'd like. You aren't locked into any set meeting schedule.
Do you do LGBT weddings/events?
Absolutely.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, and PayPal.
How does payment work?
We require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and secures your date and time. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your scheduled event. Failure to pay the remaining balance or cancel at least 14 days in advance will forfeit any paid deposit.
What if my event runs over?
If your event runs past the time stated in our service agreement by more than a few minutes we can keep playing, but an overtime fee of $75/hour will apply and will be due immediately to keep your DJ playing.
Do you take breaks?
We do not take scheduled breaks. You will have music throughout your entire event. Even if the DJ steps away from the booth for a moment to use the restroom or get a drink your music will not stop.
Should we include you in our meal plans?
It is neither required nor expected, but if you decide to then we greatly appreciate it!
Do you take requests?
Yes, as long as allowing song requests has been approved by the event host beforehand.
What kind of music do you play?
We play many types of music across many genres and decades. If you've got something specific in mind just let us know beforehand. We can play full songs one after another in a very traditional manner or we can DJ live and mix tracks to create a true DJ dancing experience! Whether you want your event to be relatively calm or a club-style dance party, we've got you covered!
What do you wear to events?
We typically dress in smart casual attire at the least. We may keep it more casual for club or party settings. For weddings, of course, we will abide by the event's dress code.
