What does all of that mean?

• Professional sound system: We have large, professional speakers and subwoofers that are plenty loud for a crowd or room of any size. We have Bluetooth speakers available for use as well if the situation calls for it.

• Online planning: We can communicate with you through email, Google Docs, virtual meetings, etc. to make the planning process as convenient as possible.

• Zoom meetings: Zoom is our preferred method of meeting. It's convenient and easy to schedule while allowing us to still have some personal interaction and conversation. If you prefer another method or would like to meet in person we can absolutely do that!

• Custom song lists/edits: You can choose as many songs as you like for your special day. A large part or our planning process is devoted to figuring out your "must plays" as well as any "do not plays" and everything in between. We'll always make sure you love the music played at your wedding!

• Event coordinator: If you choose The Perfect Wedding Package or add an event coordinator to one of the other packages, you are getting a wedding planner/event coordinator along with your DJ. The coordinator will work with the DJ to keep things running smoothly, stick to the schedule, and help where needed. They help the DJ if their workload is heavy and also help the day run without any hiccups. The coordinator can help cue the wedding party to enter/walk down the aisle at their specific times during the processional/recessional music. They can also assist with floral/decor, helping venue staff where needed, or anything else that may be needed.

• MC-ing/announcements/games: The DJ can also MC your wedding. They will make announcements, introduce the wedding party and special guests, conduct any games or special events you may choose to have, hype the crowd up as necessary, etc. They can be as engaging or as laid back as you prefer.

• Party/dance floor lighting: We can bring LED party lights to your dance floor. The lights are sound-activated, but they have other settings if you prefer something different.

• Overtime fee: If your wedding is scheduled to end at a certain time and people are still dancing and having fun, you can ask the DJ to stay longer (though they aren't obligated to do so if they have fulfilled their contractual obligation). An overtime fee of $75 per hour will be due immediately if you wish for them to keep playing, since it would be an agreement not covered by any prior contract. Please note - our DJs still have to abide by the venue's schedule. They must be given enough time to break down and pack up their equipment to avoid any breach of contract with the venue.
